This 22-second illustrated remediation shift loops while visible. Activate the scene or the Play and Pause control to pause or resume at the same point. It starts at an existing building with no crew on site. Three people, including a working site supervisor, arrive and each scan the site QR poster to check in. The supervisor completes a first site induction; the other crew reuse their valid completions. During the faster time-lapse they walk between tasks, fit replacement timber, carry materials, inspect repair areas and climb guarded scaffold stairs. At the end of the shift each person scans to check out and walks away. The supervisor leaves last. The repair areas remain visible and induction completions stay on record. The illustration then returns to its beginning. The clock represents a working day; no real accounts, inductions or attendance records are changed.

Does a returning visitor need another induction?
A valid completion for the same site can be recognised on return, including when the site’s template has been replaced. An expired completion or a different site can require a new induction. Check-out closes the visit’s attendance record.
Can people use their own phones?
Yes. The site QR code opens SafeSite in a phone browser. Workers can complete their assigned steps; visitors use the visitor entry flow. Site managers can also record a manual check-in when needed.
What can the office and site team see?
Owners have organisation oversight. Site managers and supervisors work within their assigned access, while workers complete their own tasks. The walkthrough can show how these roles fit your team.
