Information we handle

If you email us, we receive the details you choose to include, such as your name, contact details, organisation and enquiry. The walkthrough builder itself works in your browser and does not submit its selections to us.

Our hosting and security providers may process routine technical records needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser information and security events. We do not currently use advertising trackers or a website enquiry form.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, understand product interest, arrange a walkthrough and maintain business records. Routine technical records are used to operate, secure and diagnose the website. We do not use this website to make automated decisions about a person.

Sharing, storage and retention

Information may be handled by providers that support email, website hosting, security and professional advice. Depending on the provider and request path, information may be processed in the United States and other countries where those providers operate. Provider locations and processing arrangements can change, so contact us if you need current details before sending personal information.
